System Overview

The Radium fuel pump hanger plumbing kit includes components required for comprehensive fuel system plumbing for the Honda Civic Type R FK8. This system integrates:

• Fuel filter
• Fuel pressure regulator
• PTFE fuel lines
• Adapter fittings
• Mounting hardware

Fuel Feed Line Configuration

Primary plumbing is executed with 8AN PTFE fuel hose from the fuel hanger pump outlet. Routing includes:

• 8AN PTFE hose routed behind the fuel tank
• High-flow fuel filter mounted on LH side via 2-piece billet aluminum mount
• Filter elements available in 10 micron stainless or 6 micron microglass
• Forward 8AN PTFE hose from fuel filter outlet to engine bay

Feed Line Retention

Billet aluminum fuel/brake line retainers are used in place of OEM plastic clips to accommodate the new fuel line geometry.

Dual Fuel Pressure Regulator

The included dual fuel pressure regulator (DFPR) is mounted on the firewall using OEM threading. Functional details:

• Two independent fuel pressure outputs
• Black knob and 0–100 psi gauge calibrate LPFP pressure for direct injection
• Secondary output for optional port injection system
• 8AN ORB plug included to seal unused port
• Port injection pressure calibrated via green knob

Return Line Integration

OEM fuel system conversion components include:

• 6AN (3/8") EFI fuel hose
• SAE quick connect adapters to repurpose feed line as return path

Rear fuel line integration features:

• 6AN PTFE fuel hose
• SAE quick connect adapter for OEM return port interface
